Fix Attunity Replicate UI so values in task import json file show up properly and don't get reverted

Here are some steps to reproduce the issue in Attunity Replicate.

1. Export task config

2. Change JSON batch_apply_timeout value (currently set at 3600 in the UI) to something higher than the UI allows such as 14400 (4 hours)

3. Re-import task config

4. Job will correctly run every 4 hours instead of every hour

5. Make any change in the task UI having nothing to do with the batch tuning, and save

6. Export task config - value will be set back to 3600 with no warning/indication despite not making a change in this area of the config

We need the json values to stick in the UI rather than the UI overriding values that are acceptable in the json import and not even letting the user know a change was made.  The UI and the json import need to accept/support the same values so they're not fighting to override each other without the end user being notified.

As part of this request would also like to see the UI support the full range of JSON batch_apply_timeout values not just 3600 as the max.
