MapID not found - error message

In QlikView and Qlik Sense script you have added a much appreciated error trap where the script stops with the message "MapID not found" if  the mapping table referenced by an APPLYMAP function does not exist.    This is a great improvement over previous behaviour, however if you have a number of APPLYMAP statements in the same load it does not tell you which is not found.   Would you do the simple and low risk addition of adding the name of the Mapping table that was not found to the error message - eg:

MapID "MyMappingTableName" not found.

A good one for a new junior developer to start with :-)!!

Don't forget this would apply in both QlikView and. Qlik Sense.

Thanks Philip

YES! But it's a duplicate of my one: Qlik Sense - Show missing applymap name - Qlik Community - 1785826 🙂

Great minds think alike Alex - just yours is clearly faster than mine!  Hope you are well!  Philip
