Option for Replicate Task to run Pre-Statements with Snowflake as a Target.
Recently we have upgraded to Replicate 6.4 to 6.6.
We are trying to move the data from SQL Server to Snowflake. At our Source- SQL Server we have tables and columns with case sensitive. We have made changes to Snowflake database at Account level to be case Insensitive. But Replicate is generating a pre-statement at session level QUOTED_IDENTIFIERS_IGNORE_CASE = FALSE; to negate what i did at Account level. This is causing an issue as it worked in Replicate 6.4 version but in 6.6 it is doing this pre-statement. We need an option at Task level to pass the session level pre-statements. This will help the customer to change as need basis.
Hi Ola Yes. We are looking to enable QUOTED_IDENTIFIERS_IGNORE_CASE = FALSE at session level but not at ACCOUNT level. Is there any way i can pass this parameter before making a connection to snowflake.
