Qliksense do not have any option to plot the values inside the segment on a stacked bar.

It can only show the Totals on top the stack.  So, having this feature will help users the see the details by segments.

Please check the attached for Qlik outcome vs Vizlib( the expected behavior in Qlik).

The Bar chart can show segment values inside the bars as of the June 2019 release.

Properties > Appearance > Presentation > Segment Labels
