First of all, I must say I am big fan of Qlik Idea Section : 1/We have a place to suggest some features 2/Qlik read and take the ideas into account. For real. @Patric_Nordstrom or @John_Teichman posts on every single idea to control and even do some research about it or poke a Qlik employee. This has been a huge improvement these two last years. 3/It's full of great ideas. Really great.
That may explain why I am the top contributor of the idea section 😄
But this is a forum and as a forum it reflects the voice of the community which may differs from the market : a lot of Qlik customers don't go to community, don't post and have THIS serious issue that they would pay 1000$ or more to be solved.
And here is my idea : a market for feature where customers can put money on the table for a feature. The money could help paying developers, PO, etc.. salary and improve Qlik customers (and not users ^^) satisfaction.
I don't know if it's a good idea, to be honest and it may be too complicated to be applied.

@simonaubert – Thank you for the great feedback on the new ideation process. We really do value the feedback from our partners and customers. Regarding your suggestion for the community funding enhancements, our approach today is more aligned with @AndrewMcIlwrick 's suggestion of delivering an extensible platform that partners can use to provide value added offerings for customers. Many partners and developers are already doing this and showcasing their contributions via the Gallery here on Qlik Community. As we think about how we continue to evolve, support and foster innovation within the community the idea of a “kickstarter” for ecosystem development is really interesting. What do others think?
