Reload apps in Work stream

Would be nice to be able to execute a reload by right clicking an app in the Work stream. We script our data models in one app and then load the QVD into an end user app. Opening a data model app all the way to the load editor or going to the QMC just to execute a reload before I open the end user app seems inefficient.  Adding a reload option to the right click menu, as shown below, would be a nice QoL change.

coming back to this idea from 2019 @WiscoSippi as we are delivering in February 2021 the ability to execute / manage task in your Qlik Sense Hub.
