The result of the SecondaryDimensionality function varies depending on the position of the value.

The following figure shows a pivot table in which the positions of the values are swapped between rows and columns.
In the case of the "Total Year_month(value is in the row)" table, the result of "SecondaryDimensionality()" is all zeros.
We request that the red boxed area be set to 1.
