This article shows you how to locate your Qlik Cloud license number (Subscription ID) as well as your Tenant Hostname, your Tenant ID, and your Recovery Address.

Only the Tenant Admin can see the Qlik Cloud Subscription ID and Tenant Hostname / ID.

If you are looking to change your Tenant Alias or Display name, see Assigning a hostname Alias to a Qlik Cloud Tenant and changing the Display Name.

  1. Log in to your Qlik Cloud Account and hover over your Profile Icon
  2. Click About

    • Tenant hostname
    • Tenant ID
    • Subscription ID
    • Recovery address

@Jaylon : I have jumped to the conclusion that you were a tenant admin.  Is it wrong? I should specify in the article that this only works for tenant admins only.

Hi @paulcalvet ,

it's still there. You need to be on the hub or the management console, not inside an app.

Are you not seeing it? You might not have the right permissions on the tenant.

Hi @paulcalvet ,

that's interesting!
Please, reach out to us mentioning this discussion, your tenant URL and user info.

In the meantime, you can get the information in a raw format by adding

/api/v1/tenants/me (tenant id, name, alias)

and

/api/v1/licenses/overview (license)

to your tenant's URL (e.g. https://TENANT.REGION.qlikcloud.com/api/v1/licenses/overview ) after logging in.

yes I retrieve the tenant id with the new function GetSysAttr 🙂

I will reboot my laptop before contact you because on other tenant I don't have the problem.

Regards,
