We are happy to share with you the new Entitlement Analyzer for Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS! This application will enable you to answer questions like:
How can I track the usage of my Tenant over time? How are my entitled users using the Tenant?
How can I better understand the usage of Analyzer Capacity vs. Analyzer & Professional Entitlements?
The Entitlement Analyzer is only available for Qlik Cloud subscription types. Refer to the compatibility matrix within the Qlik Cloud Monitoring Apps repository for an overview of which monitoring app is compatible with which subscription type.
The Entitlement Analyzer app provides insights on:
Entitlement usage overview across the Tenant
Analyzer Capacity – Detailed usage data and a predication if you have enough
How users are using the system and if they have the right Entitlement assigned to them
Which Apps are used the most by using the NEW "App consumption overview" sheet
And much more!
The Entitlement Analyzer uses a new API Endpoint to fetch all the required data and will store the history in QVD files to enable even better Analytics over time.
A few things to note:

Yes, we use a user based subscription, so it shouldn't be because of that. I can actually see the user I mentioned earlier, shows up in the app after checking as of writing this. So it does seem like there is some sort of delay or something going on before they show up.
Thanks, I will make an inquiry through the GitHub page.
the entitlement analyzer shows session details (start, stop and duration) for atypical sessions ONLY and has a flag for atypical session flag.
The details for all the sessions (start, stop and duration) appears to not be available. can only see the total duration.
what is an atypical session and why are the details of start and stop only shown for atyical, and not for all the other which I assume must be typical?
In my Qlik Cloud Entitlement Analyzer App , i have no historical data for my consumers for the last months , i have only data for the current month as shown in the screens below . Even my my "UsageMonthText" shows only current month , there is no data for the last months even thow i have applications used from last november in Qlik Cloud. Did some one have an explanation ? or how to resolve these problemns ?
the quick temporary solution is adjust the script in the following way. In the future I will provide a description of the final solution which handles the QVD layer.
The temporary solution works, the only downsite is it does not load data from historical QVDs.
Hi. We deploy the EntitlementAnalyzer app in our customers' tenants and check user usage status. Among them, when changing a user's qualifications (from AnalyzerCapacity to professional), there is a problem where the changed qualifications are not reflected.
[question1] If you know why this kind of case occurs and how to reflect it correctly, please let me know.
[question2] The items referenced as credentials are as follows. I would like to know the difference between each. 1 Entitlement_Assigned 2 Consumed Entitlement 3 Current entitlement 4 Entitlement 5 Entitlement_Consumed For users whose credentials are not reflected correctly, Regarding 2 and 5, the analyzer_time information is included, but the professional information is not reflected, and all 5 items above are displayed as [-].
[question3] When checking the target user data according to the data model, 1:Entitlement_Assigned table exists with TenantUserKey as 1, but all other items are [-] 2:TenantMetadata table has no record associated with the target user *The TenantID of the target user in the Entitlement_Assigned table is [-], so it is not linked to TenantMetadata. I understand that, but does this mean that the data is an abnormal value?
