Column schema changes

Hi. I receive csv file regularly that I process with Talend on daily basis. The file always has same number of columns and same column names. But the position of columns sometimes change (dont ask me why. I would like to know if there is a way to identify the column (according to header name for example) as part of the job as I cannot guarantee using the schema that the position is always same. Google launched new structured data for question and answer pages named Q&A Page schema. Google updated the guidelines to say it is against their guidelines to use this markup on FAQ style pages.

Google says: Do Not Use Q&A Page Structured Data On FAQs Pages
