Connector Defined in the XML, but doesnt exist

Hello, Not sure if this is in the right board.

When I try and build a job it comes back empty. The following error messages fill the log:

!MESSAGE 2019-02-26 07:59:12,228 WARN org.talend.designer.core.model.components.EmfComponent - <Component:tLog4J> Connector \"THEN_RUN\" defined in the xml, but doesn't exist.

!MESSAGE 2019-02-25 15:16:44,906 WARN org.talend.designer.core.model.components.EmfComponent - <Component:tInitLog4J> Connector \"REFERENCE\" defined in the xml, but doesn't exist.

I attribute this to the project or studio unable to access the JAR files for these two additional components but I am unable to determine how to satisfy the log conditions.

I attached screen shots of the project settings and my studio settings. 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are?

Did you follow up this documentation to install custom components?
