Converting Talend Jobs to a jar file

Someone asked me if it is possible to convert a TOS job into a jar file? If so, can you point me to the steps required to do this. If not, can it be done in TIS?
Please let me know.

right click on job and select export job scripts

If you using a version of TIS less than about 4.2.3 you'll need to make sure you set the context value to what you need it on export.
