Creating surrogate keys for dimensional model

Hi
I'm a newbie in Talend. I would like to know what component do I need to create a surrogate key when loading my dimensions tables?

Using the Talend built-in method: sequence(String seqName, int startValue, int step) or defing sequence in database. Please see
