Error in tbigqueryoutput component

May I know what this particular error mean. Actually, the job does load the data till cloud storage but it could not able to insert the data into big query from cloud. Can any of you help me in knowing how exactly to resolve this issue? Also require to know why is the exit code is 0 when there is an error.
