Error on Step 3 -- add excel file in metadata

I am using Talend Open Studio 7.0.1.

I was trying to "Create file Excel" in metadata using a simple dummy excel file:

 

 

What could be wrong with my Talend? How should I fix it?

BTW, I also tried to generate metadata through "Create file delimited" with a CSV file, got error on the 3rd step with similar error message.

Please help, thank you!
