Error using tRestClient and unable to do GET operation from api

Hi,
I'm using a public api () which is in json format and it holds around 0.3 million records. 
When I have passed the parameter as 1 (), it is fetching the values of trial_id 1. But, my requirement is to fetch all the records(it has about .3 mill). I know, we can pass the incremental value , but my real problem exists while hitting the api. It is throwing an error, handshake failure. After spending a lot of time on this, I'm posting , can someone suggest to proceed further.
