Error while connecting Talend ESB with Tibco EMS

I am using tJMSOutput/tJMSInput palettes to configure JMS on Talend Esb. I am getting exception pasted below:

You need to limit the image size try resizing image less than 1024x768

Hi,
tibjms.jar is external jar. You should use tLibraryLoad to load the jar in the job.

Your screenshot is too small to see it clearly.
Please upload your screenshot through Talend Image Upload Box that allows 20 images per post, each image must be less then 1024x768 pixels and 200 KB.
This would be easier for you and more convenient for other users than pasting urls.
