Huge number of forks on Lunix system

Hello, we recently made a small change to our code and after deployment we are seeing that our jar is using a huge number of forks on linux server. We have 8 instances of the same service and all the servers have same behavior.

Have anyone seen a similar behavior ?

Is there a way we can control how Talend code/configuration uses forks ?

Also is there a way we can set Talend to use threading instead of forks ?

Thanks in advance,

SM

Hi @Siva Medisetti,

Sorry for the delay in responding to this. I think the best way for this to be looked into is if you raise a Support call so that they can see the issue you are describing. We would need to ask you for quite a bit more information here and I suspect that the answer will be easier found having the situation viewed by one our Support team.

Regards

Richard
