Missing 'Retrieve Salesforce Module ' after succesfull logn

Hello Community,

I'm able to login into my Salesforce sandbox instance successfully, but I'm not seeing the option 'Retrieve Salesforce Module' when I make right click on Metadata. Any idea what I'm missing here.
