Multiply/Duplicate row by given multiplier

Hi,
is it possible to multiply/duplicate a row. It should be based on a given multiplier column (in the pic column "available_copies") without using a scripting component.

Input --> tFlowToIterate -iterate-> tLoop -iterate-> tFixedFlowInput --> output.
Use the available_copies value as the To variable in tLoop.

is it possible that you explain it in more detail? What settings do i have to do in the components?
in tflowToIterate i used the available_copies as key_value
in tLoop i used the variable from tflowToIterate for my to value ((Integer)globalMap.get("avail_copies"))
but i don't know what i have to setup in tfixedFlowInput (makes no sense to me)

tFixedFlowInput is used to make the output row, getting values from the input row that have been stored in the globalMap by tFlowToIterate.
