Is glazedlists_java15-1.9.0.jar present in the Talend "plugins" folder (for ex. d:/TOS_DI-20151029_1337-V6.1.0/plugins)?

If not, download the jar file from here, then put it in the plugins folder an restart TOS.

Maybe an installation step is required (don't remember) - Help > Install Additional Packages...

I've seen this problem a lot of times with TDI 6.1.0

as you mentioned I downloaded jar file and copy into location and restarted the UI but not able to create context.
