Problem Initializing Talend

Hello,
I am new on Talend since I'm a trainee in a company that used to have the payed version and now switched to the free one.
Everything was normal with running jobs... Until 2 days ago when talend faced a probled Initializing when I first turn the program and the problem is still the same!!
I'll will join my .log file and a screenshot

I don't know why the files uploaded aren't shown
But globally, it mentionnes " Erreurs de génération.
Erreurs lors de lexécution du générateur {0} sur le projet {1}'.

Hi,
On which build version you got this issue? 
Is there any more error message w hich is located in <Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log?

I have this problem on every Talend version I've tried TOS 4.2.1/ TOS 5.2.1
and the initializing issue it's all I've got as problem but it caused failure to generate the code...

Hi,
Could you please paste the whole error message into forum directly? The attachment link is not available on forum. What's your OS and JDK version? Have you tried to repro this issue on 6.1, 6.2?

And my boss don't want to pass to the 6th version until we fix all the problems from passing from the paid to the free version (joblets...) .

How did you switch your subscription version to free version? What's the subscription version you are using? In addition, the joblet feature is only available in talend subscription version not open source.
