I am new on Talend since I'm a trainee in a company that used to have the payed version and now switched to the free one.
Everything was normal with running jobs... Until 2 days ago when talend faced a probled Initializing when I first turn the program and the problem is still the same!!

I know that the joblets aren't available in TOS I have to figure out how I will change them because all the project are using it and I won't run until I find how to remplace this feature in the Open Source. I wasn't here when they switched the unpaid version when I first came I started with the free version and everything was ok. I'm only asking about the Initializing problem.
