READ A TXT FILE

HELLO,
I have to read source file (.txt) that have a structure like this
E7001 26/05/11 Tickets du : 26/05/11
aaaa 2,00 39,00 a1 01 SS
bbbb 7,00 15,00 b2 01 SS
E7002 02/04/11 Tickets du : 26/05/11
dddd 2,00 39,00 d1 01 PS
cccc 7,00 15,00 c2 01 PN
i would like to get a csv file or table schema contain
7001 26/05/11 aaaa 2,00 39,00 a1 01 SS
7001 26/05/11 bbbb 7,00 15,00 b2 01 SS
7002 02/04/11 dddd 2,00 39,00 d1 01 PS
