REST service calling SOAP service 500 on server, works in studio

Hello,

I am currently developing a REST API, that calls inside SOAP WS. Previously, I was calling the SOAP WS via the url, however, as we had some performance isssues, I have imported WSDL into Talend as service and currently I am using Service Registry to call my SOAP. It works well in studio, however on Runtime it sends 500 almost directly. We tracked logs on server and the execution just stops somewhere before tESBConsumer launch. Is it normal, that Service Registry works in studio but not on Runtime?
Here is my ESBConsumer component:

And these are the list of bundles on our server, only two are installed, maybe we should install some other from the list?

Can you help please with this issue? I really don't understand why it works well in studio and not at all on the server...

Thank you!

You will need to have a support registration for yourself. To sort that, speak to the person who owns your account and they should be able to do this for you. Once you have got your account, it is as simple as logging in here https://login.talend.com/support-login.php and raising the call.

Hi @KateHamster are you using the paid for version of Talend? If so, this problem may be better sorted via raising a support call. It might be easier for support to help you through this while on a call and looking at your screen 🙂

Thank you! I actually have an account, it is just the first time I have a problem, that I have no answer, so I was thinking that it is on forum, that I should ask!
Thank you for your help!
