Resume a Job where it stopped

Hi.
My Job stopped because the destination table had a duplicated row on the key field. I corrected the problem and would like to resume the Job where it stopped instead on starting it all over again. Is that possible?
The Job is very simple, it just inserts the rows of a CSV (actually TSV) into a mysql table using tmap... no transformation is done on the mapping.

It is impossible, you can select' insert or update' item on the action on data list to avoid the problem.
