TImeout setting is not working

Hello. I have a task that runs every 3 hours. I set the timeout in the task to 175 minutes. Artifact is also set to 175 minutes timeout, However, the task still goes beyond 175 in some cases. How can I force the task to Terminate after 175 minutes?

Hi

The task should be terminated when their durations exceed a threshold, and the status will display 'Timed out'.

When you set a timeout value, be aware that

  • Its accuracy is 10 seconds.
  • It is defined in minutes.
  • It applies only on Job tasks running on Remote Engine Gen1 v2.12.2 and onwards, Remote Engine Cluster and Cloud Engine.

If timeout setting is not working then make sure you are placing the timeout setting in the appropriate location within your code. Depending on the context, the timeout setting may need to be placed before or after certain code blocks or function calls to ensure it takes effect. myfedloan org estimator
