Talend Components to solve the DD to DMS

I need to know if there is a component in Talend that can help me to build Decimal Degrees (dd) to Degrees,Minutes,Seconds(dms).

If know what Expression I can use in txmlmap (Since I am getting a XML string and want to calculate it and then give me the answer in tLogrow. )

I appreciate if you could help me .
