I want to change some attributs from an InputFile and mainly the Date Form , as mentionned in pics

This isn't a Talend Data Mapper issue. The tMap is not related to the Data Mapper. Can this be re-titled? 

As @fdenis said, you will need to show us what you have configured in the tMap.
