Talend Open Studio with Dynamics CRM 2016

Hello,
I'm trying to connect TOS (Version: 6.2.1) with MS Dynamics CRM 2016 on premises. 
But I don't have "Security service url" and "Trust certificate". How can I deal with that?
I don't use https, I work with CRM by http with login/password, without ADFS server or any certificates.
Is any thoughts how can I connect to my CRM without this two parameters?

Hi,
So far, CRM 2016 is not list on supported  in the table
Please take a look at document about: TalendHelpCenter0683p000009M9p6.pngupported systems%2C databases and business applications by Talend components.
