Talend "Reference project" in 6.3

I heard something about a Reference Project in Talend 6.3. Is there any documentation about this? I couldn't find it by searching the documentation.

Is there any more description about this " Reference Project" you heard? Are you referring to r eference project artifacts with the route builder (Routes / Routelets) ?
