Unable to acess shared folder path

I am trying to acess shared folder path in talend studio "//172.31.1.129/Talend_shared/Talend_shared/Input/final.csv".But i am facing error. It is blocking my work .Please help me.

Hi

Right click on the folder which is shared, select Properties, and click 'Sharing' tab, double check the network path.
