carriage return CSV

Hello to all,
I come to you for a little help on a problem that takes my head for quite some time!
I'll try to be fairly clear and precise:
I have a CSV file with some fields of "carriage returns"
Example of CSV file: In red the name of the green line of columns csv file, another line of pink csv file
As we can see the carriage returns or line break put the brothel in the CSV file
When I want to treat my csv file in Talend to clean it by selecting only certain columns it works half as some columns are not met because of this CSV problem.
Do you have a solution to remove these carts Returns with Talend or with a script, because I want to automate these treatments.

Hello ingenioso
I've followed your instruction in your Thread .. and it comes this error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.Error: Unresolved compilation problems: 
	input_row cannot be resolved to a variable
	output_row cannot be resolved to a variable

What does it mean ? .. Do i have oversee something  with my plenty knowledge ?

Hi fireskyer
You used a wrong component.    You should use tJavaRow and you did put a tJava component.
Please change the component and try again

Thanks for helping 
So it comes another error but first of all i will show you an example csv which describe the problem.

The Error is:  Error in the component's propertiestring literal is not properly closed by a double-quote
I think it has sth. to do that the replace code still does not fit for the csv.

Update
I'm sick with the csv conversitions...
I got the Permission to Access  Directly to database and  everything is fine
