[resolved] CSV with double quote as a text enclosure does not work

Hi,
I have a CSV file that is using double quote (") as a text enclosure. When I tried to create a meta data out of it, the enclosure does not work as it is supposed to. Am I missing anything?

I usted "\"" instead of """ as the text enclosure and it worked.
