s3 connection using assume role gives timeout error

I checked assume role, provided correct arn, and executing job from EC2 , it is throwing error connection time out.

 

There is no issue with AWS configuration , access policies as I can successfully connect to s3 using same ARN in copy and unload commands.

 

Have any one successfully connected to aws using assume role?

I am getting same issue  and below is the error .
