t[Db]OutputBulk and tFileOutputDelimited

I think tOutputBulk component is similar in function to tFileOutputDelimited.
For what purpose tOutputBulk component designed?

Hello
tOutputBulk component is used to writes a file with columns based on the defined delimiter and the DB standards, so the tOutputBulk component for each type of DB could write different delmited files for different DB.
