Calculate Field Value Previous Month

Hello! I'm trying to calculate a field value for the previous month in a new column of the same table but I'm not able...

My table looks like this:

The field TOTAL_EUROS_MES_ANTERIOR should be the value of the total amount of sales in the previous month. For example, for year 2017, period 10 it should value 42443
