Can you display all the values of a filter as a matrix not as a scroll down menu? (example in attachement)

Above attached screenshot shows an extension, if you got it from client then asks for extension name if they know or else you have to find it your self. There are plenty in market. There is one called Field UI you can search and use it.

That is a screenshot from an Excel file. So the answer is that with the std filter pane is not possible to display like this?

Yes, it's not possible with Standard Filter
