Connection error in qliksense

I am getting the attached  error ...any reason / solution as to why and how...

I have user access and few users who are seeing this error has login access

Hi,

you should add the ip address of the server AND the DOMAIN.MACHINE on the proxy whitelist, like this:

and restart the services or the server

PFA - I see host white list but not websocket white list...

I think it is the same. It changed with the updates.
