Creating Flag Alert number of products

Hello, 

I have an issue, can you help please ? 

I have a list of products (say 1000 products) and their associated prices.

We receive the files every day, and they're stored in monthly QVDs.

One day, we didn't receive the prices for almost all the products, which skewed the analyses.

I want to create a flag or alert, with the following condition:

If for more than 50% of the products we receive each day, we don't have associated prices, then Red Flag.

Is it possible ?

can you clarify the scenario please

 "If for more than 50% of the products we receive each day, we don't have associated prices"

1) Does this means the Product Exists in the QVD, but the Price Field is Blank ?

OR

2) The Product itself is missing from the QVD entirely for that day?
