Is there a way to find out what each loaded data type is in Qlik?

Qlik hasn't data-types. Data are interpreted as numbers or strings.

If I have understood your question correctly, you can check that by clicking on the specific field within the Data Model Viewer and then inspecting the tags in the Preview window below.
