Date range filter not showing today, yesterday or last 7 days

I'm fairly new to Qlik Cloud! I'm unable to access data from my top product dashboard - today, yesterday or last 7 days are all blocked. I can only see data from - September 14.  Any help? Thanks in advance!

Possibility is the application is holding only the data of the particular date, and the old data has been removed.
