Default Bookmarks not working

 

I'm facing an issue with Default Bookmarks. I had added a bookmark and made it default but the bookmark is not applied by default when other users open the dashboard.


My Requirement: To have pre-selected filters when I open a dashboard

Step followed to create Bookmark: Applied required filters > Create Bookmark > Create Default


Can you help me if I'm missing any steps on creating a bookmark? And also let me know if there is any other alternative for having pre-selected filters.

Hi, @A_PR 

Maybe what's missing is to set it as default, right-click on the bookmark to open the pop-up

still, if it does not work, test with another user with the same permissions.

Hi @MatheusC - Thank you for your response, however that is not the issue. I had already made it default bookmark still it is not working.

Thank you @jochem_zw for your response. I do not see any option for publishing a bookmark. My app is published though. Any idea what could be the issue?

Thank you for your response. I have the right access as I'm the Qlik developer in the team however when I share it with other users. Some could see the default bookmark applied and some for some it was not applied, they have to manually select the bookmark.

Could this be a browser issue? or any software version issue. I don't understand. What is weird is they can see the bookmarks applied to earlier apps and they cant see the ones applied to the new app.

Should I report this as a bug? Could you please help me to raise a ticket?

Ah ok, it is already Public, so publish is not available correct.
