Document CAL utilization

I have quick question.

Is doc CAL reduced or utilized if I assign Doc CALto an existing Named CAL user?

I don't think so.

Document CAL's are assigned to users limiting them to only 1 document(Distribution only). But before that you've to assign a CAL to them. So I believe the CAL's won't increase.

What is a Named CAL? What is the difference between User Cal, Usage Cal and Session Cal?

If this question is for Qlik Sense then you assign Tokens and add them to Streams.

I am just wondering in this particular case are any CALs wasted.
