Extracting Data from data sources

i have two data sets

1) Completed Data set

2) Excel Data Set

I need to extract the data from  Completed Data set when we are in current Quarter.

Also I need to extract the data from  Excel Data set  for Past Quarter's.

Just load both with a concatenate prefix for the second load statement.
