Tengo un grafico de tarta  donde indico diferentes talleres y como valores tengo porcentaje de desajuste al promedio. Como logro que el indicador no se vea afectado por el filtro taller?

In your measure you would need to disregard workshop dimension like this in all the aggregated functions - 

Sum({<Workshop=>}Value)
