Graph scaling

Hi all

in my line graph, I want my scaling to make more sense.

Once I leave the Range on 'Auto', since the gap between most of the values and the one that's extreme on the left (136.5) - the fluctuations (differences) between each values are not clear 

Once I try to set a max range of 20, on one hand I can notice the gaps but the problem is that the value 136.5 isn't seen:

How can I achieve both?
