How to create a dumbbell chart on Qliksense?

I have previously made dumbbell charts on Tableau to show sales changes between 2 years, but I'm unsure how to create this chart in Qliksense. Does anyone know how to do this? If it's not possible does anyone have any ideas for alternative charts to visualise this data?

You can use a combo chart to get pretty close ..

 I was inspired by Patric Nordstrom's 24 Days of Visualization example from 2021.
