How to use RangeFractile

Hello,

 

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the RangeFractile function and can offer insight as to how to use it.

 

Is it possible, for example, to do the following in a measure:

 

RangeFractile(0.5, [Array1],[Array2],[Array3].. )... etc?

 

Appreciate any thoughts/insights 😊
