List box with condition on two columns

Good afternoon! I need to make list box where i could select first_date and second date and see all orders that satisfy the condition:  (Begin_date<=second_date)&(End_date=>first_date). That means time interval [Begin_date, End_date] has an intersection with time interval  [first_date, second_date]. How could I archive it?
